S-Convert is built by one person who owns these samplers too. Write to samplerconvert@gmail.com and include:
- Your macOS version and the app version (About S-Convert)
- The sampler model and how you're getting media to it (Gotek, ZuluSCSI, PiSCSI, ZBridge)
- What you expected and what happened instead
License questions (lost key, moving Macs, Payhip upgrade): see the upgrade page or email us. Your license portal link is in your purchase email.
