Payhip customer? Your upgrade is free.

We've moved to our own store. Everyone who bought S-Convert on Payhip gets a new-format license key (starts with SCONV-) at no cost — it comes with a self-serve portal where you can see your key, manage which Macs it's active on, and re-download anytime.

  1. Check your email. We've sent a personal redemption link and 100%-off code to the address you bought with. (Nothing arrived? Contact us below.)
  2. Open the link and check out. The code brings the price to $0 — no card required.
  3. Paste your new key into the app. Your old Payhip key keeps working during the transition, but new features and support move to the new keys.
Didn't get an email, bought under a different address, or hit any snag? Write to samplerconvert@gmail.com with your Payhip receipt or old key and we'll sort it out.

Why the move? Our own store means promo codes, a real license portal, and faster releases. Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. More in the FAQ.
